Conditions of Hire

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. Remaining balance to be paid by the first day of hire.
• We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
• Bank transfers must be accompanied with proof of payment.
• Items returned after the agreed hire period will be charged for per day at the full day rate.
• Delivery & collection charges dependent upon location and availability.
• All equipment and services are subject to availability.
• All items must be returned in the same condition as they left – loss or damage will be charged to you at the current replacement price. Please check all equipment upon collection and delivery.
• Upon agreeing to hire you accept all legal responsibility and cost of damage/replacement of the item(s) hired.
• Equipment hire is done at the customer’s risk and QueTheBeatt’s insurance does not cover your activities.
